All sales are final unless specified on individual invoice of sale. Unwanted goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Damaged or defective items may be returned for item replacement. No goods can be returned without authorization.
Warranty Policy:
Regarding warranted items, advanced replacements are done within 30 days of the date of purchase, after 30 days items must be sent in for repair. Warranty periods are stated on individual invoices.
